Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you ship internationally?

    We ship primarily to United States destinations.  Purchase requests from international buyers will be considered on an individual basis, and if approved, appropriate international shipping charges will be applied.  Please email if interested.  All purchases must be made in U.S. dollars.

  2. What forms of payment do your accept?

    We accept payment in U.S. dollars by personal check, money order, and cash or credit card payments through Paypal.

  3. What method of shipment do you offer?

    We ship the best method for the total purchase.

  4. How can I speak to someone directly by phone?

    Please email us your name, phone number, and the topic of discussion, and we will call you usually within a day.

  5. Do you offer layaway?

    We do not offer layaway at this time.

  6. What is your return policy?

    If, in the unlikely event, you want to return your purchase, you may do so within three days of receipt in the same condition and in the original packaging for a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns after that time period.

  7. I don't use Paypal so how do I purchase an item I found in your store?

    We accept personal check and money order payments through snail mail. When you decide on items to purchase, simply email us through the "Contact Us" form with the information on what you want to buy.  We will respond with the total cost and our mailing address.  Once your payment is received, we will contact you with the details of shipment.
